Not a good representation at all. Multiple conversations on the same topics uncountable times to milk your money. She take notes only not to have them later. To many phone calls a day asking one question then hanging you on the phone to lengthen the conversation then turn around and do the same thing again . Not to mention over charging me for the time. When I called this tactic to her attention to ask all questions needed. The conversation was not pleasant. I saw that the financial statement was only to see what the max you could pay. What attorney burns up your entire retainer balance in 3 hours. I could go on, but enough said.

Called with an important legal question and Mr. Dodds took the time to answer the question and steer me in the right direction. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel!

I used this law firm recently and am very satisfied with the results. This firm saved me money by keeping the case from going through the courthouse and an excellent mediator was used for litigation instead. My attorney was straight forward, knowledgeable of the law and thorough, which means you will be doing some work to win your case. I absolutely recommend this law firm because they will get you the result you want!

Beverly represented me in a recently completed divorce. I retained her after being very unhappy with my first attorney’s attentiveness to my case. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She got up to speed fast, no detail escaped her while always seeing the big picture and she made recommendations that ended up being instrumental in achieving what I told her was most important to me on that first introductory meeting. She and her paralegal, Laura, provided me with world-class representation and I’ll be forever grateful.

I was a client of Beverly’s in 2022. This is my experience with her representation. I explained the details of my case to her in my consultation, and she advised me that she would be able to represent me effectively. I moved forward trusting that she would make some effort to help me, but that was not the case. During the time we worked together, she made no effort to retain or record any of the information or facts I provided her with. I had to explain all of the details of my case to her multiple times even months after retaining her. I had to go over one critical piece of information three separate times, and the third time she had no recollection or notes about the first two conversations. This was a deeply upsetting matter to discuss and having to do so multiple times was extremely detrimental to my mental health. All of this resulted in many duplicate conversations on my bill. After I was advised by Beverly to hire a company to conduct an investigation, I had to have a paid conversation just to explain that the pictures they sent Beverly were the same pictures I had provided her with shortly after I retained her. This company was never able to produce a single piece of evidence that any such investigation ever took place. I know that I should have questioned all of this more as it became clear that I was not a priority, but I really wanted to believe that after everything I had been through that I could trust the legal representation I hired to help me. I consistently attempted to ask Beverly for guidance and advice on how to move forward, and was met with nothing more than snide comments and sometimes outright laughter. The amount of hours she charged me for does not align in any way with what was accomplished. Both my final attorney and opposing counsel were absolutely shocked at how much I spent on legal fees. I was clearly taken advantage of during a very weak time in my life, and this did nothing but cause more stress and trauma on top of the pain and heartache I already experienced in this matter. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, and choose different representation.

Beverly is the best attorney I have ever worked with. She explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and tells it like it is. Was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. My situation was very complicated Millitary out of state divorce with child custody and she did amazing. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable Lawyer with lots of experience I highly recommend her.

I worked with Beverly to write up a prenuptial agreement prior to my wedding. She was extremely thorough and paid attention to every detail and was on top of getting all of the necessary documents finalized in a timely manor.
