I didn’t know Beverly Ballinger from any other attorney when I met her, I had looked her up online and read some reviews. That is how I made my decision. Beverly’s office wasn’t close to where I was living at the time, but the results were well worth the drive. During my initial consultation with Beverly, she was thorough in her questioning, transparent and no-nonsense which one will appreciate when you are paying by the hour, etc. Beverly is a likeable attorney, but her job is to represent you and get you the best outcome possible for your case. She will communicate with you throughout the preparation phase of your case and what you can expect leading up to your trial or mediation. Beverly does not sugarcoat or try to make you feel warm and fuzzy. She is factual, which I like. I was blown away during my mediation session by the information. Beverly was very detailed in the information she had compiled, she left no stone unturned, which paid great dividends for me in the outcome of my mediation. If you notice I call Beverly Ballinger Beverly and here is the reason why, during mediation, you spend a lot of downtime sitting in the room when the attorney-client role ends, and you are just people. Beverly talked about our lives, upbringing, things we liked and didn’t like, just two people getting to know each other, something you don’t have time for when you are getting ready for a trial or mediation. Ballinger Law Firm, Bev Ballinger in particular is the most professional, confident, and resourceful attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Bev, is firm and to the point and works hard to make sure you have everything that is needed for your case along with valued communication to her client. Bev is tenacious, driven and detail oriented. No one wants to engage a lawyer but she is the one you want on your side!

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but I went in for a consult with Mrs. Ballinger and she just had an awful bedside manner, just shy of rude. The whole thing was rushed and she grilled me for questions, asking another before I even answered the previous one. She bounced from one topic to another. She wasn't concerned with what I actually wanted to achieve, she just threw common sense information at me in a superior sort of way. I left there $420 lighter having learned nothing except that I would never hirer her to represent me.

Mr. Dodds is an exceptional attorney. I was in a catastrophic car accident in August 2019, and, while the case is still underway, he has proven himself to be a trusted and highly effective counselor. His depth of experience, communication, and sheer legal acuity are top notch. I truly consider myself blessed to have him on my “team”. My family and myself were (and still are) devastated by the accident I was a victim of; however, he has made all the difference in getting us on the right path moving forward. Attorney Beverly Ballinger and her sharp legal assistant recently helped me through my first divorce and it was a very complicated case after 42 years of marriage. I love to refer to them as "Team Wanda". Having no experience with divorce law, I had to be educated by them on the laws, rules and process. I greatly value the timely advice I received, the tough love talks I received as needed to keep me on track, and the other professionals that were recommended to me to gather evidence and go through personal as well as business documents and financial records. Divorce is stressful and depressing, especially where there has been much deceit, adultery and financial secrets. It is very important to find an attorney that you feel will fully represent your interests and fight for you every step of the way. It is only natural to feel down in the beginning of this process, especially with so many unknowns, but it can turn around and you can feel empowered by the knowledge you gain through the process when you have highly competent representation that is willing to help you dig for the facts and present them well every step of the way. Documentation is everything and well worth the effort. I am satisfied with the outcome of this case, especially the financial aspect. My experience with Beverly Ballinger and assistant Kaitlyn was top notch. I felt cared for and supported every step of the way. They are firm but gentle and patient when I needed it. My ex-husband cannot say the same thing about his experience. I do not wish divorce on anyone, but if needed, do not hesitate to call on Beverly Ballinger. I believe she can handle any case.
