Ryan was excellent helping me both in a child custody case then in a divorce . I would highly recommend him for any Lawyer matters .

I can only assume if you’re reading these reviews, you need a lawyer. I’m only giving 5 stars because Google doesn’t allow 10. I called the Schwartz Law Firm with only 5 days to build a case for an emergency hearing. I was beyond panicked. Ryan, Kayla and Samantha worked so hard and so fast and made it happen. We won the emergency hearing, and the battle continued for about a year thereafter. In the middle of all of that chaos, my sister died unexpectedly. Every single person in that office went out of their way to reach out to me with the kindest and most sincere words. That alone speaks volumes not only about the firm, but about the character and hearts of the people inside it. Often times with lawyers, people feel like they don’t care. They’re just another client. Another case. I also know many who have had the issue of never being able to get in touch with them when they have questions or random things come up. That was NEVER the case with this team. If I needed anything, somebody was always available. I am so sorry to whoever is reading this because you need an attorney, but please take this review and find solace in knowing if you call this firm, you truly are in the most capable and kindest hands. I hope I never have to hire them again, but if I do need to…I’d do it 10 times over. There is not a better team in the state of South Carolina than this one. There just isn’t.

Highly recommend the Schwartz Law Firm! Ryan Schwartz was extremely thorough and professional. He took on my traffic case with very short notice and his firm handled everything for me right from day 1. Ryan got me the result I was looking for with very little effort on my part. He was easy to work with, communicated quickly, and did all the follow up with the court with no burden to me. I would absolutely use this firm again and recommend them for any and all legal needs.

Ryan Schwartz was referred to me by another attorney in Charleston due to the attorney’s full schedule. I called Mr Schwartz’s office and explained the details. Within about 1-hr Mr Schwartz made time to call me. Based on our conversation he felt he had a high probability of getting me favorable outcome. He was able to get the court date moved a few days to give him time to handle and prepare for my case. Mr Schwartz was very professional and prompt in this. Prior to court we discussed the case which was basically a frivolous trumped up unfounded charge from my ex girlfriends Very Jealous Irrational crazy new boyfriend who wanted to cause me trouble. In Court Mr Schwartz skillfully handled the situation by asking a few questions of the accusing person. He made it do obvious to the judge that the charges was baseless with and non factual. I hope I dont need his services again:) But if i ever do then I plan to contact Ryan Schwartz. Thanks Jerry

It’s true every case is different but every client should be treated the same. In the beginning, Ryan was very excited to jump on the case saying how much he could help. As the days went on, he requested money without bringing the client a contract discussing anything. All the client knew was he was asking for money and working on the case. He failed to keep his words about how he would handle the case, he failed to keep the client updated on the solicitor plea, he DOES NOT represent in court well. He made decisions on behalf of his client even when the client was absolutely against it. He’s horrible with communicating with the client enough even though he’s continuing to ask for money. He literally let the solicitor and judge talk in court and didn’t try to represent the client as well as he should. No matter what case it is, he should write a contract and stick to his words. I would never recommend Ryan to anybody. Not even in traffic court. He’s a manipulator and we trusted him at this horrible time and he disappointed us. The way the case was handled was unethical and biased. He didn’t believe his client even had a chance so I’m guessing that’s why a contract was never written and he had plans on just receiving money rather that even trying to fight the case. Bottom line Ryan was VERY INCOMPETENT in his performance of legal services . I’m not quite sure how he got 5 stars with these other reviews

Schwartz Law Firm has been my go to law firm since 2016 when my daughter's mother was keeping my child away from me. Recently I had to hire Schwartz Law Firm again as she became uncooperative and failed to keep in good standing with our agreements. Once again Schwartz Law Firm assisted in getting more access to my daughter and compliance from her mother. I could go on and about how Schwartz Law Firm but I'm going to close with this from the mediator of our most recent case. The mediator (over 20+ years as attorney) told me that despite being a younger attorney Mr. Schwartz was extremely wise and a great advocate for his client.

Off the bat you can tell Ryan is a genuine person who cares about making the world a better place. He is methodical in his approach, he was responsive to all my calls, always accessible. He made me feel comfortable and protected. Worth every penny!
