I used this law firm recently and am very satisfied with the results. This firm saved me money by keeping the case from going through the courthouse and an excellent mediator was used for litigation instead. My attorney was straight forward, knowledgeable of the law and thorough, which means you will be doing some work to win your case. I absolutely recommend this law firm because they will get you the result you want!

Divorce is hard and I was not prepared emotionally for the toll it would take on me. I am beyond grateful for Beverly's support and guidance through the process. She listened, asked the tough questions and pressed on the important issues. Through the process, I was able to gain protection for myself and my kids and also feel the final Settlement was very fair. I always felt she had my best interests in mind, 100% of the time. I didn’t Beverly Ballinger from any other attorney when I met her, I had looked her up online and read some reviews that is how I made my decision. Beverly’s office wasn’t close to where I was living at the time but the results were well worth the drive. During my initial consultation with Beverly, she was through in her questioning, transparent and nonsense which one will appreciate when you are paying by the hour, etc. Beverly is a likeable attorney but her job is to represent you and get you the best outcome possible for your case. She will communicate with you throughout the preparation phase of your case and what you can expect leading up to your trail or mediation. Beverly does not sugar coat or try to make you feel warm and fuzzy she is factual which I like. I was blown away during my meditation session, with the information Beverly was very detailed in the information she had compiled, she left no stone unturned, which paid great dividends for me in the outcome of my meditation. If you notice I call Beverly Ballinger Beverly and here is the reason why during meditation you spend a lot of down time sitting in the room that when the attorney client role ends and you are just people. Beverly talked about our lives up bringing things we liked and didn’t like, just two people getting to know each other something you don’t have time for when you are getting ready for a trial or meditation. I was caught off guard and needed to act fast to gather evidence to get a positive outcome in my case. Beverly was quick to get on board and get things moving when other attorneys weren't responding to my phone calls or couldn't get to me for several weeks. I had an unusual situation with the legal ownership of the marital home and without Beverly's assistance and consultation I'm sure I would have fared much worse in the property division. She always kept it professional when dealing with the opposing party's attorney or outside consultants and never fought just to fight with the opposing counsel. Beverly is an absolutely outstanding attorney who navigated my family court case with professionalism and grace.
