In November of 2018, while working as a volunteer for the county, my brother and his partner were involved in an automobile accident; victims of a drunk driver. Among other critical injuries, my brother sustained multiple high impact fractures which resulted in three years of surgeries, diagnostic testing, physical and occupational therapy and the inability to earn an income. His case involved several factors, including workers compensation (WC) and liquor liability. From the beginning, Charles was honest, thoughtful and compassionate. He was always available to speak to my brother or other members of our family if we had questions or concerns. Problems with WC (and there were many) were turned over to Charles for quick resolution. Charles researched and consulted with physicians and other attorneys, leaving no stone unturned, in order to reach the best possible settlement. When dealing with ill-mannered WC attorneys and representatives he handled himself with dignity and competence. My brother, his wife and I are very grateful for Charles’s diligence and hard work on his case and would absolutely recommend his counsel for any legal concerns.
