I have collaborated with Heather Shaw on several cases and have always found her and Karen to be very competent, understanding, and professional. They are easy to talk to and they really listen to your needs. They work hard on your case and you feel that your case is being worked on. I would recommend Heather Shaw to anyone going through a divorce.

Ms Shaw & Ms Karen are the best and I would recommend them to everyone.Ms Shaw was so kind helpful and always looking out for my best interest . There aren't words to express how wonderful my experience was with Mrs. Shaw & Karen. The South Carolina Bar Association recommended her & I couldn't have been more pleased. They were knowledgable, comforting and always available. Apart from personal experience with them, Mrs. Shaw was incredible in the Courtroom. Ms. Shaw was very professional but at the same time, she was personable! I felt that I could trust her from the moment I sat in her office. My divorce was extremly emotional and she was very understanding. She listened to my needs and wants and worked very hard on my behalf. I was awarded everything I asked for in my final settlement. Being new to the area and having to blindly choose an atty from the yellow pages, my first phone call was with an office who literally told me "the judge doesn't have to give YOU anything, just support for the kids"! I cried for a week, thinking they were right, before deciding to try another attorney. I'm so glad I did! After hearing my situation, Heather Shaw advised what I was legally entitled to and explained what kind of process I should expect. Ms. Shaw helped me with a divorce action that I filed. Her office scheduled the appointment quickly and the fee was very reasonable. In the short period of time we met, Ms. Shaw gave me some excellent advice on different aspects of my case and helped me with the paperwork involved.
