Scott Long and Shannon Millsaps have been doing my closings, both personal and professional, for many years. Even through the pandemic and with COVID social distancing restrictions they handled my most recent closing promptly and professionally while maintaining a safe environment in which I was able to sign the required documents. I would highly recommend them and their team!!

We had issues with our closing because of our mortgage company which caused some issues with Long & Millsaps. One of our contacts became very frustrated with the situation and ultimately became frustrated with us. She became short tempered and sharp tounged. But in the end, we completed our closing and we are very pleased with our new home.

Scott Long was the closing attorney for my clients closing. He is very informative and really makes the tedious closing process more fun. He has some great stories and a good sense of humor. From start to close I would recommend the entire office. Great job.
