I was considering pleading guilty to a serious traffic offense which could have called for jail time, but I subsequently decided to hire the Frederick Law Office. I was interviewed by Bobby Frederick and Lacey Lee; they walked me through my charges and talked about how they would proceed to defend me. Everything was expertly and efficiently done, as they said it would be. Not only was my charge dismissed, but they were able to have it reduced to a lesser offense. Also, thanks to their counsel, I was even able to retain my driver's license for the long waiting period...inherent in this type of case. I would certainly recommend Mr. Frederick's firm to anyone needing a competent defense.

Bobby was very knowledgeable trustworthy and committed to my husband's case. With all the charges that kept getting stacked against him, I never thought we would get out of it, but somehow Bobby got him a great deal. He never really considered going to trial, not that I am saying it as a negative thing, but it seems to be in contrast with the multiple other reviews stating he is a fan of jury trials. Maybe he just considered my husband's case not jury - compatible, but reading all these reviews it seems he kicks butt in trial, so I think he probably would have won. But I digress, I am sure he knows better than me. Either way, a great attorney!

My family member was facing a ridiculous but very serious charge. We were foolish and waited until it was time for trial to find an attorney. After several phone calls we called Bobby Frederick back. He never tried to force anyone to plea he just gives you your options. If the prosecution offers you a plea it's his job to tell you. We weighed the options that he gave us and ultimately took it to trial. Someone's life hung in the balance and it didn't look good. He won that trial. A unanimous not guilty verdict. I am so forever grateful. I sincerely love everyone in his firm for all their effort and hard work. I can't say enough about these people. I would earnestly recommend them to everyone.

I would like to comment on this, if you ever need a lawyer for any reason in South Carolina, Bobby Frederick is the person for the job. Whether it would be a criminal or civil case, he keeps you informed on the progress of your case. He is very trustworthy and professional, no matter what the reason is, you can't ask for a better lawyer.

Everyone knows in a court of law even with the best attorney money can buy the result may not be in the deffendants favor. Not only did bobby get me the result I was looking for he did it professionally an with true regard for my well being. Anyone who had written a negative review is just bitter due to the fact they committed a crime and could not get out of it.

Mr. Frederick's Law Firm did not keep me informed on my case. Never returned my calls. Lied about the trial date, and has an unethical lawyer-client contract. He's not Better Business Bureau approved for a reason. Avoid at all costs.

I have used Bobby Frederic twice in the past. Both times I was very happy with his work. His laid back attitude makes him very easy to talk to and trust and his work in the court room is exceptional.

The first time I met Bobby the one thing I noticed was that he was sincerely committed to my case. I was facing 10 yrs in State prison and I was scared to death, but he was there from day 1 to reassure me I would be proven innocent and that his goal was to have my record expunged. To be honest I thought he was crazy given all the evidence stacked against me. And somehow within 90 days it was over, case dismissed, and two months later all charges expunged. I'd out my life in this guys hands any day.

His prices were fair and he handled my case exactly as they told me they would. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I would use him again if needed and would definitely recommend him for his expertise.
