Being an entrepreneur and small business owner, I have utilized the services of many attorneys throughout the years. Bobby Frederick, I would have to say, is at the top of the best of them. A very professional young man, whom I judged at first glance to be a gentleman, went above and beyond, throughout the course of my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, or any entity, in need of an attorney who takes every case seriously.

I called and talked to several lawyers around the beach and NO ONE would even hear me out or file action unless i paid in full first. Bobby not only let me explain my story but set up a payment plan that helped me out extremely. Between him and his assistants i was informed the whole way an never left with unanswered questions. If it werent for Bobby i would have lost my career based on something i truely didnt do. I would recommend Bobby to anyone who needs a lawyer. No matter what situation your in he can handle it and if not he will definitley try his best. Hes not a quitter. Im so thankful i found Bobby, Matt and Joy to handle my case.

One of my immediate family members had an incident while they were in Myrtle Beach. We contacted a few attorney's after doing some research on them and Bobby actually called us back the same day, not his paralegal either, Bobby. (Seemingly most of the time you don't get to speak with the attorney.) After explaining our situtation and talking with Bobby, we felt very comfortable and at ease in moving forward. Don't trust this mail order lawyer. Had a charge from a vacation trip in Myrtle Beach and kept receiving his junk mail weekly when I got back home. Finally after talking with my wife and taking the case as far personally as we could we decided to call him and see what he could do. Basically all he could do is take my $1,500 forget to file motions, forget to evidence in a case, have his first year assistant Matt (who knew nothing of the case) answer questions, and then try to force me to take a deal. My first offer was for 1 day given time served and 3 charges dropped. All this was based on my previous work of getting motion of discovery and evidence before hiring Mr. Frederick. I refused and Bobby said he would get a hearing for the missing evidence. 7 months he did nothing and then when he tried to get me take a plea deal I wouldn't. When he found out he'd actually have to go to the evidence hearing or resign his position he chose to email me at night, tell me quit and to never contact him.

Bobby's memory is great in court, He knows the law, and now, "after my case " a little more about Motorcycles. It's easy enough for "CERTAIN" agency's to pull scams if they choose, or arrest people who aren't guilty,to get a convictions in court,They're supposed to be honest and trustworthy,With what they say being based on fact beyond resonable shadow of a doubt. The truth of the matter is "some Lie" and will say what they have to just to win there case "Truth or not"..Not on Bobby's watch..He's not scared to call them out,even if it means arguing with the judge.When he's right "HE'S RIGHT"!!!! It was a pleasure meeting Mr.Frederick and although I would rather my case not have happened at all,since it did it was an honor seeing him defend my case with such enthusiasum and knowladge of the law.. Some people understand that things are backwords when it comes to law inforcement,and when they say you're innocent until proven guilty,what they really mean is , You're guilty until you get someone to prove you're innocent. The courtroom has it's own language and Bobby knows how to speak it..

Bobby kept me informed of any updates on my case and quickly answered any questions or qualms that I had. The outcome of my legal issue was better than I expected thanks to Bobby. I have no experience in the realm of the court system, so I appreciated his ability to explain things to me that I otherwise wouldn't have understood.

I was falsely accused of and detained for shoplifting from a major retailer. Bobby didn't hesitate to help me seek justice for the violation of my civil rights. He was always quick to respond even though he stays very busy helping all of his clients. I appreciate the help he provided to me at a very difficult time. He was able to help me resolve the situation quickly and in my favor. If I ever need an attorney in the future I plan to call Bobby Frederick!

Bobby has an embedded passion for justice. He is a firm believer in the jury process and not your typical "cop a plea" attorney. Bobby advocates for his clients rights.
