I was rear-ended in an automobile accident while my vehicle was at a stand still. The other driver was traveling in excess of 50 mph. This driver was an un-insured driver, had multiple traffic violations on his record, and at the time, a warrant out for his arrest. He shouldn't have even been on the road behind the wheel.
