My husband Joe & I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa Mosier & Ashley Graham with the Joye Law Firm. From the moment Melissa introduce herself too us we felt at ease, she has been so caring,sharing,and such a sweet perosn to work with. Both Melissa and Ashley are very detailed and knowledgeable on what going on with our case. Our emails/calls was always return within a short time. Melissa & Ashley took time in answering our questions and they never made us felt rushed or burden anytime when we spoke on the phone with concerns are questions we knew without a doubt that they cared and were intersted in what our needs were. I had a good experience with Fay on my small claims case against a contractor that did not even start work on signed contract and refused to refund my deposit. Fay maintained good communication about the status of my case and was able to get my money back.
