My husband was rear ended a year and a half ago. Ashley made us feel like we were the most important case she ever had. Which is why we decided on Joye Law. A few months later Will joined Ashley on our case. They really listened to us. They didn't rush anything with the case. Because they listened, cared and took their time the outcome was far greater then we ever expected. We can't thank Ashley and Will enough for all they did for us.

When I got hurt on the job it was the first time in my life I have ever delt with workmans comp. I was nervous, I did not know what to expect, i had no clue of the process that was involved. A friend suggested that it may be in my best interest to contact a lawyer an run my concerns by them for professional advice, for "just in case" purposes. If for nothing else, at least try to get a piece of mind in the matter. I had seen the Joye Law Firm commercials on tv an decided to give them a call. Needless to say, it was the best an the easiest decision I have ever made. Not only did someone from their office come to my house an help answer what questions they were able to, they also gave me direct lines for me to call any time with questions an concerns that only a lawyer could provide answers to. Kayla, she was amazing. She never failed to check on me time and time again to make sure I was in good spirits but also receiving the appropriate medical attention I was suppose to receive. After each surgery, which in the 20 month time I was out of work due to the injury, I had to have 2 surgeries. Each time real beautiful flowers were delivered to my home with best wishes. On any occasion, the Joye Law Firm always made sure to let me know they right by my side through it all an sending best wishes. I have to say that dealing with a lawyer was not at the top of my list to do, but contacting Joye Law Firm was the easiest an best decision I made. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone. Not only was Kayla amazing at standing by me, understanding every problem or situation, getting me fast answers when I needed them, Will, who was my lawyer, made sure to let me know an never doubt that he as well was right by my side. He fully explained everything in terms I had no problem of understanding. He did not talk to me like I was just another client, he spoke to me an treated me with nothing but respect, as if I was his own family member, and made sure to check in on me from time to time. He was right there at all times, and I am sure that was not easy for him having other clients, but he never left me in the dark about anything. He made it very easy for me to trust him an believe in him. And if you knew me, that's not an easy thing for anyone to get me to do. I truly appreciate Will an Kayla at the Joye Law Firm for everything they done for me. My first experience with dealing with a lawyer an lawyer office, was truly a God send blessing. Attorney Roxon is a wonderful person and professional. His assistant Kayla is just as professional and a great person to work with. Without the assistance of them both in my workman's compensation case, I am sure that I would have had a very difficult time in coming to a fair and just resolution. John and Kayla where a pleasure to work with, my case wasn’t the fastest or easiest ( at no fault of there’s ) but they where both there to answer any of my questions or concerns, either through email or a phone call. They provided me with the best representation I could have asked for. They are very professional and always a phone call away. They even sent me a gift basket and card that was waiting for me when I was released from the hospital after my back surgery, I’m not sure if there is a better law firm out there that cares for you as a person and not just another case.
