I called the Joye Law Firm and had the pleasure speaking with Kayla Ashley, she was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They were unable to help me at the time but if I am ever in need of a personal injury attorney they would be my first call.

I had been searching for a law firm for a friend of mine who lives in the MB area and she spoke with Kayla and then had been transferred to Kim. They were absolutely amazing and gave her all the information that she needed to handle the situation that she was dealing with. When I first called in to Joye Law Firm, I was skeptical because the prior law firm I was dealing with seem to not have the customer service I was looking for. Everyone was so mean to me. But after calling Joye Law Firm and speaking with Kim, she made me feel very comfortable and her customer service skills were great. I had to call back in to provide additional information thinking I would get Kim again but I spoke with Kayla this time and again I received exceptional service.
