I live in VA and was referred to them as a business that will help me solve my problems I’m currently going through in SC. Upon calling I informed them of my ongoing situation in SC, my financial situation and that they were my last hope of receiving any help as I don’t know what else to do. The receptionist Kelly assured me that they would help me, but I had to pay a $200 consultation fee.I again reminded them of my financial situation and asked if they was sure they could help, I was told yes. After setting up the appointment and paying the $200 consultation fee I was directed to Heather would laid out a whole plan of what we was going to get started. At the end of the conversation I was told I would be getting a phone call the following day to discuss further action. The next day I received a call from Kelly informing me Heather would not be taking my case. I had hoped I would be able to get my situation taking care of but now it looks like I’m back at square one thanks to the lies of this company.

I was turned away by several law firms without even taking the time to look into any of the information I had. When I called Axelrod & Associates the first person I talked to was Laura and then Mr. Alexrod who listened to me and looked over my paperwork and accepted my case. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They were able to resolve my case in my favor and never doubted me. I would recommend them over and over again.

The whole staff was very professional! They communicated well and answered all my questions in a timely matter. They made sure to put me first as the client and made my experience a good one!
