I’ve known Kenny since 2005. Since that time, I’ve known that he’s one of the smartest people I will ever meet. Over the years, Kenny has become a good friend to me. He’s a kind and generous person in all areas of his life. Although I’m an attorney, too, I’ve had the privilege of having Kenny help me with a couple of my own cases. As an attorney, I know that he is the type of attorney that will not dodge a challenge - he will face the challenge head on. There are many attorneys out there, but few have a brilliant legal brain like Kenny. I would definitely recommend Kenny and his team, and I cannot wait to applaud him from the sideline as he continues his very successful legal career.

As an out-of-state attorney, I sought-out (and found) a SC professional who is quick, aggressive and detail-oriented to handle a complicated, multi- million-dollar real estate issue. With a plethora of legal options, it's tough to choose an attorney, but take it from one: NOBODY (not even me! :) ) is better suited to assertively and promptly overcome overwhelming (legal) minutia ... she found and addressed every nuisance, with poise under pressure. Great "bedside manner" too! (wrong profession, but you get the idea)

Kenneth Berger was super professional and allowed our family to concentrate on taking care of my daughter and Ken and his team took care of all the legal matters. He can to the hospital and kept me updated of the entire process. His whole team was great and even came to the house and checked on my daughters recovery.
