My wife and contacted Margaret Evans at McCutchen, Vaught & Hucks, PA to prepare our Will and Trust. Margaret made the process of generating a trust simple to understand and execute. She was beyond professional and easy to talk to. We felt as ease and comfortable discussing our concerns and needs with her. She went into detail of the importance of other features regarding a Will and Trust that we had never considered. Power of attorney for medical decisions, etc. We can not thank Margaret enough for her expertise and care with this process. She is second to none and we highly recommend her to others
