I called the firm on thanksgiving. I got a live person answering and took my basic information. Ian Maguire called me ten minutes later. He saw me on black Friday when his office was closed. I was very impressed by that. I feel like he was a friend to me. My wife took the calls and went to the office when necessary. No issues whatsoever and worked in a timely manner. I would recommend this law firm and will return if I need them again.

Maguire sponsored a local 5k in Myrtle Beach several years ago and gave away lip balm to runners. Well, I stuck it in a drawer. Then this fall, that was the chapstick I stuck in my running bag. Instantly, it was not only my favorite chapstick ever, but my husband's, too. Sadly, we used up the last bit over Christmas. We even used a tiny scoop to get the last bits out of the tube. It's that fabulous. I took advantage of post-holiday sales to buy one of every lip balm in the Grand Strand, but nothing comes close to that tube of Maguire Law Firm swag balm. So, like any runner in South Carolina who gets their miles outdoors all year and desperately needs lip balm would do, I reached out to Maguire to ask where they bought it. To my total surprise, they called me back! Not only that, they went above and beyond to track down who purchased it, where they got it, and if it's still available. The minimum purchase was 1000 tubes of lip balm. I already found a side job to pay for that; I need this particular chapstick. Sad trombone: it's not available anymore. The kind people at the firm promised to send me some if they find it in storage or a hidden lockbox. So, I'm not going to need that 2nd job to buy 1000 tubes of legal lip balm. (But if I found a source for that exact kind, I would buy it!) I am, however, grateful to the kind person who appreciated how much I genuinely love this silly marketing item, and did her best to help me find the wholesaler, even though the product is no longer available. If someone out there has a blue tube of Maguire lip balm, even if you are having a terrible day, you can find happiness in knowing that you have the best free lip balm you will ever find.

My experience with Maguire law firm was very satisfying and professional. From our consultation process right through the remainder of the case I was consistently well informed, and well taken care of. The firm also aided us with information in regards to a different issue we were facing, and we couldn't have found them more helpful in regards to all of our needs. They gave me advice to contact another attorney who handles the type of case I had. Maguire Law are professional and caring.
