Your receptionist just ran off major money of yours, with a very nasty attitude and a very slick and unethical mouth,,she literally just said,,omg sir just hang up just hang up,,who do you have working for your practice with ethics of this,, yelling at me ,,how do u prove malpractice?" It's called in investigation,,,she definitely is a hinderance of yours sir,be more careful before you hire uneducated,very low vocabulary of people
