I was referred to Tim Amey by a friend. We had an initial “meet and greet” to go over the case. I explained the predicament I was facing and how I felt as though the officers handled the situation poorly. After hearing my side of the situation, he explained each probable outcome in great detail as well as counter outcomes. He told me if the situation occurred the way I say it occurred, he had confidence in a good result. He also noted that whenever dealing with the courts I had to be realistic. I felt confident in his ability as well as at ease with whatever the outcome (which is the most important feeling one wants in regard to their lawyer). Shortly after court I heard from Tim, not only were the initial charges dropped, but also, his “ be realistic outcomes” weren’t sentenced. With the help of Tim Amey I went from charges that could potentially cause difficulties when applying to medical school to a proverbial slap on the wrist fine that was cheaper than buying my dog dog food. Tim has great knowledge of the law and a demeanor that provokes assurance. I do not plan on having any legal difficulties in the future but I know if I do, I have a lawyer that I can trust.

I would like to articulate this in a way that will convey the importance of calling Tim Amey if you are in a situation which requires esquire services, so bear with me. I have unfortunately needed legal services 4 times in my life, and this time I decided to call Tim after doing extensive research. After having 3 previous attorneys, the switch was incredible! It was truly like night and day, and I thought I previously had excellent representation, I was wrong. He was not only timely and professional, but also seemed like he understood my situation and did not judge, just shot me totally straight. He told me what he would do for me, he told me what it would cost (half or less of what he easily could've charged), and then he went and did exactly that. Not only did I appreciate what he did for me on a professional level, I also appreciated having some conversation with him, very down to earth, my wife said the same thing. I give thanks and credit where credit is due, and I tell it like it is when things aren't so good, read my other reviews. Tim Amey deserves your business! In a world that seems a little shaky and sketchy at times, he is a consummate professional that we need more of!

Tim Amey said what he was going to do and he did it. Being from out of state, special attention had to be paid to the peculiars of my situation and a more than satisfactory resolution had resulted. Undoubtedly I would return for his professional services in the future if need be. On top of that, he's an enjoyable person to converse with. =)

It was extremely difficult to get in touch with Mr. Amey after hiring him and paying his fee. There were times when the voicemail was full and leaving a message was not even an option. At one point, I did not hear back from him until the day before a court appearance and I was waiting to find out if I needed to take off work and be present. This was not at all helpful to an already stresssful situation. I also felt he did not put forth his best effort when arguing my case in court and I definitely did not feel like a priority. While we were at court, he had another client there and did not know it was that client’s court date. I hope he has pulled himself together because it is people’s livelihood that he is defending. He was recommended to me by people I trust and I was extremely disappointed.

Called 3 times in 2 two weeks and was given a callback promise... Never available..do not waste your time!
