We had a closing date.back in December Still waiting on the deed they give us the wrong address to send the payment I’m not understanding. Also can’t get in touch with the attorney only the front desk 3 weeks they say is in the mail nothing not just us othe people too going through the some thing.not professional at all.

It is an absolute mystery to me how this attorney hasn’t been disbarred. 10 years after my grandfather’s death, we are STILL dealing with the ramifications of the Fountain Law Firm (Wesley in particular) not doing their job correctly. They never completed probate on my grandfather’s estate. They refuse to return our calls. DO NOT give these people your hard-earned money unless the job is 100% complete (and even then I would hire another attorney to check behind him, as we have had to do to finish the job). It seems that once the bill is paid, his work is DONE (my grandfather paid the bill in full before he passed away, so I guess Mr. Fountain considered the job complete before he even started it). Everyone I speak to at the Aiken County courthouse and at the RMC office scoffs when I mention his name. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this conman. I only wish there was a ZERO ⭐️ option here.
