I have had the opportunity to work with Sean O'Conner of the Finkel Law Firm related to multiple highly emotional homeowners association topics to include amending Rules and Regulations for golf cart administration, Board authority / rights versus individual owner rights for Limited Common Elements required maintenance and owner usage limitations.
