I called Ted’s office once I received a call from the other parties insurance company. I believe my phone hung up mid ring or the line was disconnected for some reason. But, maybe 4-5 minutes later Ted called me back because he saw my number but didn’t know if I was able to receive help. I let him know my phone hung up but I was in need of help. I was very impressed that he called back & not an assistant. I was able to get advice on the first call & that’s very rare! He listened & answered every questions.
