Great lawyer! I received a large lump sum of money with my case. He went above and beyond while working with me and my case and was easily available to answer any additional questions I had down the road. He is now my go to person for any of my legal needs.

I found Mr. Hartman to be very professional and that he handled my case in a very serious and business-like manner, just as I felt it should have been at the time, with my case now going on a yr. and 10 mos. Old by now and since I was being financially ruined with every day that passed and with every medical bill that came in. He was also very open, honest and completely up front with me re: my rights and what he could do to help me, as well as I found him to be very compassionate and understanding of my situation and all that I had endured up to this point, once he had a good grasp on all the facts surrounding my MVA and all the expenses I had now incurred, as well as the EMOTIONAL TRAUMA that the other person’s ins. co. had put me through by this time. Mr. Hartman, along with his paralegal at the time, was great about keeping me fully apprised of any significant or new info. That I needed to know about, re: my case. When the other party’s ins.co. was notified by letter that I had retained Mr. Hartman said their offer was NOT ACCEPTABLE, and that neither he nor I were going anywhere til more compensation was offered to me, as well as that we were ready to fight back. Some negotiations took place between Mr. Hartman and the ins. co. for a month or so and he managed to get them to CONCEDE and to AGREE to compensate me more equitably, for what I truly deserved to be paid back for the loss of my car, all my medical injuries I had sustained, lost wages, and most especially for all my pain, suffering and hassling I had been put through from the other party’s ins. co. And so on 28 Dec. 2008, just 3 days past Christmas, Mr. Hartman called me to tell me the good news and that a check was on its way to me and to expect it in the mail in the next several days! I could not believe how fast he managed to get this matter settled and to my complete satisfaction! Looking back now, I feel as though I could NOT have asked for, nor been assigned a better attorney to handle my case! I would highly recommend him to any family member, friend or acquaintance and feel as though I had directed them to, and left them in the BEST of hands, as far as any legal issue they needed assistance with. Having established himself as a highly respectable, honest, forthright and very competent attorney in my mind, as well as a worthy opponent vs. the other party’s ins. co., I have continued to keep in touch with Mr. Hartman over the yrs. For legal advice re: wrongful termination, interest discontinued on a retirement acct. that I was never informed about til a year and a half later, and regarding a check I had written 68 days ago that was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED nor CASHED and WHAT I could do legally to “force their hand”. Lastly, I have even referred a friend, who lives in another state, to Mr. Hartman for his advice re: a MVA she had been in as well, and sustained serious bodily injuries and severe damage to her car too. Mr. Hartman was kind enough to lend his professional advice and counsel to her as well. As far as I am concerned, Mr. Hartman is my “GO TO GUY” for whenever I have a legal issue or problem that I need advice on!!!

Frank Hartman handled my case very well and he expained everything to me throughout the whole process.
