I contacted the law firm for medical malpractice, this is an air-tight case if they even bothered to take a look at it. They got the details, sent a contract, which we signed our end. and TURNED AWAY another attorney who was interested in the case. I received an initial call from a nice gentlemanwho left the company. No less than a dozen requests for a call back or even an address to send the case backup to and never a response. It's been over a month and no one is doing anything to help.

This law firm may have served many clients well. But, after the intake, I received little to no communication about the status of my case. Getting on contact with someone who was assigned my case was beyond challenging. I didn't hear from an actual attorney until the first settlement offer was made. My case went into settlement in November 2022. I still have not receive my check and no one at the law seems to be able to tell me when I will receive payment. I was promised that someone will get back with me about this matter. But, individuals at this law fell short every time.

Use a different a law firm. They will not communicate or get the information that they say they need. It's been almost a month since I spoke to my attorney even after I've sent emails they go unanswered.

I was told in the beginning as I was rushed to read a contract due to the man having to go to lunch that they only took 3% then when it came to an offer my attorney had finally reached out tome saying it was 33% and got snappy when I told her I had been lied to and what the man had stated she said it was a communication problem and I disn see how when I'm the customer and youre my attorney why would I need to lie about such thing then they put a lean on my for too much that I didn even settle through them I ended up firing them for being mislead and being called a liar

I was in a motor vehicle accident a year ago, a driver ran red light. I was immobilized for about 3 months. I actually signed the settlement with the understanding that I would have all my medical bills paid. Here I am a year later and still paying monetarily and physically for the bills incurred during the accident. They fees were almost identical to my settlement. In hindsight I would not have hired them knowing the outcome.

I contacted this law firm 2 years ago this month. They still have yet to do anything with my case and i call for an up date and the same story is uour out for settlement. I have spoken to the attorney once in two years and he never is in the office. And they always tell me well we cant do anything else for you its out for settlement and we cant rush them to do so. Heck this was the same run around the insurance company itself was giving me so i hired someone to tell me the same thing! Wow really what was the point in hiring these people?.
