They helped with my bankruptcy a few years back and were, and continue to be, fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. All qualities that were appreciated during a tough time in my life. But they also didn't sugar-coat things. So I knew I was getting good information regarding my situation. Highly recommend.

Heather was just awesome! I was so close to losing my house and was in a panic. I made the appointment for the same day that I called and was assured by Heather that she could help me. Did she ever! I waited until the last minute to contact a lawyer. Even though I was less than two days away from foreclosure, Heather was talking me through the whole process of filing for bankruptcy and all the while calming me down and reassuring me that I was not going to lose my house. I was so relieved! Even after I filed she has been there to answer any and all questions I’ve had. Great job by a great person who genuinely cares about her clients.

This has been the worst experience of my life! They are unresponsive and unprofessional. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. I'm not sure what the heck i paid so much money for because they will not help me! I would suggest using another attorney!

Staff is kind, friendly and helpful. It's not usually a pleasant thing to need the services of a lawyer but when one does it helps to have a good one. I was satisfied with my experience here and would return.

Absolutely, the worse. Went in for advice on how to get a claim paid on a business liability insurance policy. Ashley, question my credibility as if I could not be the owner of a business (I'm black). Even after showing her the complete policy and whats covered she still wanted me to provide proof with a copy of the check. She stated, would send a letter to insurance co asking them to pay the claim on there letter head. However, don't ask for your attorney fees to be paid just the claim. And her fee to just send the letter $650.00. Went to another attorney resolved with a phone call!

The staff is helpful.. They do a great job communicating to you the information.. The attorneys know their stuff..

I would encourage you to use a different attorney. I don't usually write reviews but after MULTIPLE poor customer service experiences with this company over the past 4 years of my plan, I would wish I had paid the extra money and gone with a more experienced, professional and more polite team. I paid my case off 1 year early. Have been anticipating my discharge paperwork and 3 weeks later- they haven't even began the process. Very frustrating. I too get busy at work but come on. Years of primarily rude service and now this... grrrr Make the investment and go elsewhere.
