My family and I made the huge mistake of allowing Hoffman Lawfirm to handle our case. The entire staff is super unprofessional. The lawyer that handled our case was supposed to be AMANDA but apparently she is a very busy woman. We rarely had the chance to speak with her and when we did, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Most of the time we were directed to leave voicemails for her paralegal Lucy who never had answers to my questions. They proved to me over and over again that my feelings did not matter and I was often left feeling neglected. They don’t respond to any of my questions and when I finally reached my breaking point, I called requesting to speak with the OWNER DAVID HOFFMAN. He only made things worst. The majority of the conversation consisted of him making excuses for Amanda and Lucy. He literally laughed in my face as I was voicing my frustrations and even hung up on us. To top everything off, Amanda did not even show me the respect of being present at the closing of our case even though she knew I was headed in and I got zero explanations. On top of being in a horrific accident and being without a vehicle, they have made the past few months of my life a living hell. Don’t even consider this Lawfirm. RUN!
