My husband was involved in a very serious vehicle accident in November of 2017 and sustained a traumatic brain injury. It quickly became apparent that we needed to seek the counsel of a good law firm. We are in our mid 50's and had never needed this type of legal counsel before, so we went on the search. We researched many firms and personally interviewed 3 attorneys. Ken Harrell made the effort to come to our home to meet with us. Immediately, we felt at ease with him. He has a gentle nature and was very unassuming and respectful. He answered all of our questions and, believe me, we had many! We never felt rushed with him nor felt as though we were being 'conned'. All of our preconceived notions were laid to rest. We did speak with a couple of other firms after Ken's visit, but ultimately chose Ken Harrell and the Joye Law Firm. The complications of this case are many and Ken and his team (Marcy and Holly) have been exceptional in proactive measures, clear and regular communication, allowing us to present our ideas and concerns and, all the while, exhibiting confidence and assertiveness to the other party(s) when necessary and appropriate. Our journey is not over, but we sincerely believe it is being handled by an extraordinary team of professionals who will gain the best outcome for us. Thank you for all your hard work!!

I wanted to write a review on my experience with the Joye law firm. I called in about a car accident I was involved in and I spoke to Ms. Joe Myers she was so friendly! She made me feel so comfortable and even related her personal experience to mine. I felt like I found a law firm that I can depend on now and In the near future. Great work joye law firm!! I definitely will refer this law firm to all my friends/ coworkers and family! It’s definitely not all commercial it’s the real deal!

I spoke with Ms. Joe Myers and she asked me a few questions about my injury and actually listened to what I had to say.
