This review is long overdue. My wife and son were involved in a wreck, no fault on our end. The other driver was uninsured and so was the vehicle he was driving. I knew we would need help sorting all this out. I first contacted a lawyer through Legal Shield who I have successfully used previously but they were utterly useless in this case. I consulted with another attorney who directed me to Elrod-Pope. It was a long process and they worked us through it extremely well. They were never at a loss for answers and recommendations. My son had an overnight stay in a hospital and my wife required several doctors visits. After the case was settled and we received some reimbursements for initial medical cost (prior to getting in touch with this firm) we wound up with no out of pocket expenses thanks to their diligence. Our family was served by Chris Badke, Ben Leader, Garrett Johnson, and Briana Monteith. I hope we are never in need of such services again, but if we are it will be with Elrod-Pope again.

David Benson was nothing short of phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, Responsive, And respectful. He answered any and all questions I had without delay. He put in all of the work and did everything he could to make the long workman's comp process as seamless as possible. Christine was great as well. Very informative and with swift responses. There's not a single thing I would've changed with how this case was handled. Thank you both, David and Christine. I greatly appreciate everything you've done for me!
