A very professional law firm with a friendly staff, that keeps you informed every step of the process! Every part of the legal process is explained you to detail! They are very concerned about you and your case and they call or email you while your case is under way! No questions are left unanswered and you have a comfort level with them! Randy Hood of McGowan, Hood & Felder is a go to resource for injury cases especially the most sensitive/complex cases when a person has been injured as a result of criminal assault or abuse. As a fellow attorney I am glad to know Randy is there fighting for the rights of victims!

He was great! My husband used him for a traffic ticket and then I went back to him for an animal at large ticket. He was very professional and efficient. My husband's traffic ticket was a little tricky but he did not stop until he got the ticket dismissed for him! Also makes everything very convenient. Most everything was over the phone or email.

I asked this firm for help in a case where my elderly mother had been beaten to the point she had a heart attack it was all caught on video tape.... Instead of helping me he called and threatened and bully me in an attempt to dropping the case, like I said it's all on video tape she did absolutely nothing wrong she wasn't fighting or even disrespecting the police all this happened while she was 71 years old.... I would appreciate if they didn't call us on behalf of rock hill PD to threaten, harriss and bully use into dropping the case.
