My son and I got into a 5 car accident in December 2018. I had endured a lot of back pain and decided to take legal action. I went to Brooks Derrick and my initial visit was great. He listened carefully and advised me on steps to take, insurance to protect me in the event I had another accident as well as referring me to a Chiropractor. I was able to be seen by a great chiropractor who helped my son and I with our pain management. Mr. Derrick was always responsive to my questions and answered promptly and walked me through all the processes. He was able to secure us with a settlement for our accident. He is a fair and empathetic lawyer who will work to get your claims settled.

I came to this office in a moment of panic. But in taking our case, Brooks did his best to calm my nerves and explain the process. While he worked behind the scenes to get our case taken care of, he reached out often just to touch base and let me know where we stood and what the next steps would be. Any questions I had were answered in a calm and respectful manner. Any issues were handled quickly.
