Patrick Knie isn't just my lawyer, he is my friend. I had been struggling for over two years to get my disability, and was going about it all wrong. Mr. Knie explained to me what was needed to get the ball rolling. He answered all my questions, and always spoke to me on the phone, or returned my call the same day. He is very knowledgeable, and always kept me informed as to what was going on with my case. I have recommended him to 2 other people that are in the same boat I (was) in. I first meet Attorney Patrick Knie in 2010 when I was involved in a national class action law suit against one of the largest cancer insurance agencies in the country. While I fought to get the upper hand on my terminal cancer, Pat worked around my physical limitations and chemotherapy sessions to acquire the needed documentation to present my case. His hard work and guidance resulted in a fair outcome for all parties . As a retired South Carolina State Trooper, I have been involved with many attorneys during the twenty-five years I served. I hired Mr. Knie in 2011 to handle a motor vehicle accident. He performed very well. He kept me informed on every aspect of the case. He went out of his way to make sure I knew everything that could be done. He even reviewed my case again after all was settled to make sure there wasn't anything else that was missed. I have used other lawyers who didn't keep me informed as well as he did. If I had a question I got a response that day or the next morning. I fully trust him to handle all my legal issues. Very knowledgeable and honest on what can and can't be done. I still have legal issues that I have Mr. Knie taking care of. As long as I need legal help, I will use Mr. Knie and very highly suggest him to anyone in need.

My wife was involved in an automobile accident and we were a little apprehensive about meeting with an attorney. Pat was spot on in 1996 I was hurt at work and was told by supervisor that it was up to my ins to pay. While riding my motorcycle, I was hit by an out of state driver. After extensive medical treatment, I found myself being accused of neglect by the driver of the other vehicle and on my way to Federal Court. During court proceedings while in cross examination, Pat caught a contradiction in the testimony of the other driver allowing the jury to rule in my favor.
