If you want to know why I recommend him so highly, read on. I will try my best to explain why I believe he can help you, too. After my car accident, I didn't know if it was going to be a large enough claim to contact an attorney. After all, I had an insurance agent that I thought would look after my interests. The accident was not my fault. However, on the advice of my family, I scoured the internet for a Spartanburg attorney with the qualifications that I thought best suited me, my values and my situation. I had seen many, many ads on TV for Personal Injury attorneys, but after my research, I selected Rob Usry and called the Holland and Usry office. I remember how gracious and respectful Pam was when I explained that my case might not be large enough for them to take. She assured me that I should at least talk to Rob to make a decision. We made an appointment and I went to his office. I met with Rob Usry, himself, and he immediately let me know that my case was NOT too small. He seemed sincerely interested in helping me. That was how it began. I talked to him and gave him all the details, explained my injuries and just let him know everything I could about the accident and how it effected me. I never felt rushed. Me and my husband went to talk to Mr.Rob today about a car accident we was in. I needed help with a Workers Comp injury. I hired Rob after meeting with him 2 prior times for consultations. Best decision I made because by then I needed help very badly. Rob never pressured me in the consultations. I had a very unique case and was injured more than I realized, or was beginning to realize. He and his staff went right to work. Rob Usry is an excellent attorney. Not only did he handle my case in a professional manner and got me more than I expected, but he advised me to take a medical trust which was not lining his pockets. It was such a long 3 year worker's comp case. There were many ups and downs. Rob was there every step of the way, unwavering in his support as well as going to bat for me when needed.
