We had a civil case that we hired Doug Brannon to represent us in. Our case was scheduled for halloween. My husband contacted Tammy and their office to see about getting the date changed, as our witnesses would be unable to attend due to having to take their kids trick or treating. He continued to call over the course of 2 weeks, he even called the morning of the day he was to sit down with Brannon to go over the case. Tammy called him later that day, not for an update on the date of the trial but to inform him that he missed their meeting. I called Tammy yesterday to try to find out some information or a game plan, since our case is in less than a week. She had an attitude with me the whole time and refused to talk through it with me to figure out a game plan on how we want to proceed. I finaly hung up as I was obviously getting nowhere and didn't appreciate being talked to the way she talked to me. She called my husband this morning to tell him that the case was unable to get moved and also had an attitude with him. He told her he wanted to speak to Brannon as he didn't appreciate her tone. My husband told him that he no longer needed their service and wanted to receive some of the money back. (We spent 750 and only saw/spoke to brannon that first day we met him). Brannon argued with my husband about all the work he has done, but forgot that the lawsuit against us was null and void and we were the ones suing! Showe how much work he put into that. If you want a lawyer who can update you on the status of your case and actually work for your case and without giving you an attitude DO NOT use them!!!! Such an awful experience already just made worse.
