Best Criminal Defence Lawyer in Spartanburg County. My outcome due to Josh's knowledge was the better than anything I could have imagined. Remember if you get in a jam only say one word. "LAWYER" then call MR Schultz. Josh is best criminal defense lawyer that I have ever seen, he is "the best" in SC. After being charged for DUI, which I refused all tests. Josh and I watched the tapes from my arrest all 20 something minutes which includes the roadside tests (that you should refuse if you have been drinking) and the 10 mins of the officer trying to bait me into conversation with him so he could have me on tape and video slurring, sleeping, making stupid comments that only going to KILL your defense. He was worth every bit of the money I paid for his services. I asked a close friend to help me find the lawyer who was the best at DUI charges. Later that day he told me about Josh. I then asked some people at work and he said Josh too. That did it for me. What's the odds of two people who don't know each other both giving me Josh's name? I was referred to Mr. Johnston's law firm threw a friend that was a client which he was successful. I have to give this guy a 5 star all around good lawyer. If he takes your case after the first interview, your in good hands. Mr. Johnston is a very experienced lawyer and great guy. Since November 1st 2016, the date of my incident......till today on July 19th 2017 my case was a success. I did not have to worry or do anything but show up when Mr Johnston asked me to. He always gave a reminder call. I had a seat in court and never even had to speak. We would meet at his office and walk over. He is next to the court house which was nice.
