Best Criminal Defence Lawyer in Spartanburg County. My outcome due to Josh's knowledge was the better than anything I could have imagined. Remember if you get in a jam only say one word. "LAWYER" then call MR Schultz. Josh is best criminal defense lawyer that I have ever seen, he is "the best" in SC. After being charged for DUI, which I refused all tests. Josh and I watched the tapes from my arrest all 20 something minutes which includes the roadside tests (that you should refuse if you have been drinking) and the 10 mins of the officer trying to bait me into conversation with him so he could have me on tape and video slurring, sleeping, making stupid comments that only going to KILL your defense. He was worth every bit of the money I paid for his services. I asked a close friend to help me find the lawyer who was the best at DUI charges. Later that day he told me about Josh.
