Hands down Mr. Collins is a very good lawyer. Everything he told me he was going to do he did. The results of everything was better than what he said was going to happen. He’s one of a few lawyers that comunicate wells through emails and phones calls. You some lawyers that need to be more like Mr Collins

I have read some of the negative reviews and quite frankly I am certain those are fictional accounts made by his adversaries in the legal system. I have never come across a more intelligent, meticulously prepared honest man in any field. How man lawyers do you hear that about? There are few people I would sincerely trust my life to, David is at the top of that list. He is NOT AT ALL part of the good ol' boy system which defines the Greenville, SC legal system. I listened from a distance as my opponent's attorney attempted to entice him into making a deal to betray me saying, "Come on everybody makes deals". It would have made his life infinitely easier to deal, but he didn't. His response "I don't get paid to make deals, I get paid to go to court, let's go to court." I was never left wondering or to fight on my own, David is patient, exceptionally smart and trustworthy in every way and I will never believe otherwise, no matter how many crooks leave negative anonymous posts. Thank you David for being one of the good guys.

Stay away from this attorney. Will nickel and dime you down to the last cent of your retainer. He is also terrible representation in court but "forgetting" documents to present to judge and not arguing inaccuracies in your opponents claims when you even gave him proof of lies. Does not respond in a timely fashion and never answers the phone. Usually takes severall calls and emails just for a reaponse

I was a client of David Collins. David is a highly regarded professional in his field. He took my divorce case on in a non judgemental manner and assured me that all would be handled. He is excellent in communication, knowledge of the law, and has years of practice in his field. He truly knows what he is doing and I without hesitation recommend him for your legal matters.

I feel David Collins was an answer to a prayer! He gently guided me through the legal processes and was professional while at the same time being compassionate to me during a painful event in my life. His accessibility and availability were extremely impressive, and he did not ever keep me waiting (returning calls, in-office appointments, etc.). I simply cannot give a high enough or more emphatic and sincere recommendation of this man and his abilities in his capacity as an attorney for family needs!

i hired mr. collins after being sold out by my old attorney, and harrassed by the oposing attorney who intemidated many other attorney's, well mr. collins isn't intimidated by other attorney's, he is very compassionate and takes time to explain the law, he does not run up your bill needlessly. he is fighting for justice in a situation where the legal system has been very unjust. i trust that he will do the right thing and am thankful to have him on my side, i only wish i had him from the beginning. to many attorney's are afraid to take on a hard ongoing case. not him.
