Tim Ray is a great guy and easy to work with.

I'm hoping something changes. I have a CDV & Tim Ray was appointed as my PD. Everytime I have spoken with him, he can't discuss the case because he doesn't have discovery. No one has taken my statement, my fiancee's, or her friend our exroommate. So far his secretary always calls after hours & tells me that I have to be in court the next day or like today Mon. His secretary brought it upon herself to set up plea. When I should have never been charged & have my fiancee & her friend as witnesses. The fact is because the way SC is, I knew I was going to be arrested so while I waited, i got drunk. So far, this lawyer has done nothing. I don't know if it's his secretary or him ignoring that I have called every other day. It's been 8 months.

The real estate helper is rude and the immigration part was a nightmare too. Let your case close and takes 4 years to do a simple form. Then had to hire another person to help finish. They want you to do all the work while they get paid and when You call for help you’ll get drilled till you’re in tears. I wrote Mr. Ray an email about his rude employee as well as my experience with his office only to get no reply. Only good thing I can say about this law firm is Mr Ray is very nice and a pleasant man. After the appointments it’s very hard to get any answers. The phones they hardly ever answer. I hope that’s better at least. When I hire a lawyer I expect advice and guidance as well as being able to feel comfortable with all that is handling my case. Against my better judgement I hired this office for my real estate. Needless to say it’s been like 8 months and still haven’t heard anything. I know not everyone will have issues but that was my experience. I really do like Mr Ray as a person but I can’t even make my self call to get them to release my case so I can hire another lawyer bc it gives me so much anxiety. Plus I know I wouldn’t get a refund. It is what it is. Edit: 2021 Still haven’t heard from this office and my issue hasn’t been resolved. This is what ya get when you pay up front I guess. I haven’t giving up with this office and hope nobody else has issues with them but I highly don’t recommend them. Obviously they don’t care anything about you!

Unprofessional, many calls and left messages; they will not return calls …

Took my case for a lawsuit.. Never filed the case!!! I signed papers 4- months to the deadline. Met with him 7- months before deadline. Never filed my lawsuit!!!! I fired him and had to hurry and get another attorney 3- weeks before deadline. I feel I was set up . Never could I get anyone on the phone. Also, an office worker grabbed me by the arm to make me leave when I showed up to get my file. This law firm is a Scam And evidently works for the other side.
