Hardest working lawyer in South Carolina

Mr. Noel Turner went above and beyond his duty to help in our family court case. He spent numerous hours and weekends studying our personal case, yet always worked efficiently to keep the costs to a minimum. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more personable lawyer to work with not to mention his assistant was one of the nicest people I have ever met! Mr. Turner and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to the family law court system. We are very pleased with the outcome in our personal case. We will be using Mr. Turner and Mr. Turner only for any future family court issues we may have in the future!

I leased a building from Ingles corporate over on Asheville Highway and Springfield. That building flooded three times while I had patients in the building! As a chiropractor and a professional making sure the office is the safest and healthiest environment for my patient’s is paramount. 3 inches of mud water from one end into the other was a nightmare! Each time it flooded I had to shut down my office for several days while Service Master would do the best they could, but the office smelled bad all the time. They removed the base boards and never replaced them for over six months. I could not get Ingles to move or fix the problem even though they promised several times to do so. I even bought and built a sand bag barrier around the building. Finally after the third flood I called Bill Rhodes. He was awesome! He listened to what I had to say got all the details he needed and immediately called Ingles corporate and within a matter of a week Ingles corporate officers were at my door with a new planner to design my new office! If that wasn’t great enough he got me $250,000 for the new build out and a bigger space almost twice the square footage locked in at the same lease price for the next nine years! We’ve been in the new office now since January 2018 and my practice has exploded. We love our new space and especially the comfort and assurance that we will never flood again. Thank you Bill Rhodes for doing an excellent job of representing Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg and myself (Dr. Baker)!!!

I have used Mr. Rhodes for every legal issue I have had since moving to Spartanburg in 1979 except my divorce. Mr. Rhodes knew both of us so we chose other lawyers for the divorce. Mr. Rhodes is a true southern gentleman in every way. He is a man of his word and always follows through on each and every issue. He takes time with you and never makes you feel rushed or hurried. He is always thoughtful and diligent about smoothing out "unpleasant" issues that may arise in any legal matter involving other parties. Every time I have hired Mr. Rhodes he immediately begins working on the issue at hand. He stays on top of the situation and has never ever let anything slide or fall through the cracks. He will never waste your time or your money by not being completely on top of your issue. Mr. Rhodes handled all of my real estate transactions when that was part of his practice. He has also handled the following issues for me: *my will *my living will *advice on rental property and tenants *led my brothers and I through the process of declaring our oldest brother non compos mentis after being diagnosed with early onset frontal lobe dementia. He led us through the process of all steps required to attain the guardian and conservator ships. He also traveled to the low country to go though the entire legal process with the probate judge. * he has handled too many issues to mention with the issues surrounding the guardianship and conservatorship and the running of my non compos brother's business Mr. Rhodes logic, honesty, intelligence, empathy and caring has gotten me through countless legal issues. He is extremely dependable and I believe that anyone who meets this man is better for having met him.
