I have so many great things to say about Cobb, Dill & Hammett but will try to narrow it down. I close 98% of my real estate transactions with them and none of my clients have had issues. They do a fantastic job of answering questions so my clients are confident from the get go. And it’s extremely helpful that they have an office in Summerville (thank you Daiton!) and in Mount Pleasant (thank you Sean, DJ and Alannah) to make it easier for my clients too.
