Just wanted to share my thoughts about the Steinberg Lawfirm . Over the last few years I was represented by Catie Meehan about a civil issue. The other party did their best to drag things out but Katie was always there at every turn giving me excellent representation. I also had the pleasure of working with her paralegal, Karen Nissen, who is a one woman dynamo. She deserves a raise in my book. I can't count the number of times I bothered here with stupid questions and she answered promptly with a smile in her voice. They are a ROCKSTAR team. Their hard work and determination ended with me getting the results I wanted in the end. Trust me. They are highly respected in Charleston. You would do well to choose them. And remember if you do go with them tell them Brian H. recommends them.

Working with Steinberg Law Firm after a serious car accident, was comforting and as uncomplicated as a process like this can be. There are so many details and variations of needs, components that need to be followed up, and endless ongoing communication. Mr. Steven Goldberg was kind, low key, informative, and extremely patient. Follow up was excellent, nothing fell through the cracks. The process took several months during which I had ongoing communication with endless questions and details that needed to be clarified. Becky Chapin, Mr. Goldberg’s paralegal, was my “to go” person. I cannot say enough about Becky’s professionalism, knowledge, ability to answer questions, deal with issues, and follow-up on every detail no matter how small. Her caring manner and highly personal attention took away some stress and lowered my anxiety while dealing with this case. Becky is a huge asset to the profession, to clients and to her firm. Was dealing with a back injury and workmans comp was dragging it's heels for months not getting me any help. Steinburg sped up the process and got them to get me the help I needed. They were kind understanding and made sure that I was covered for what I was supposed to receive for my treatment. If there was anything I did not understand they took the time to explain it so that I felt a bit more comfortable with the situation. They will be the first ones I go to.

I had a very positive experience with this firm from day one, my attorney was Kelly Alfred, she was such a pleasure the entire time, very accessible through emails or phone. The entire staff was incredible, the paralegals are very helpful and no matter how many emails, calls or questions I sent, they always responded in a very professional, promptly manner.

After being hit by a semi-truck with no brakes, the one thing that I was sure of was that I couldn't recover and fight a huge insurance company. There was only one call to make and that was to Steinberg Law Firm. My husband was represented by Mr. Charles Goldberg many years ago, one of the founding members of the firm. Charles Goldberg had retired but by the grace of God his son, Steven Goldberg, had followed in his father's footsteps. Not just professionally, but also in his passion to make sure that people that are hurt don't have to worry about anything but getting better. From day one I felt that everyone in that office had me and my family's best interest at heart. I was having a little trouble getting through the screening process so Shannon took my information straight to Steven and he called be back immediately. I felt such a sense of relief knowing that he was with me and would guide me through the long process that I was facing. But the best part of my experience was meeting and working with Becky Chapin, Mr. Goldberg's irreplaceable paralegal. She became my confidant and my friend and let me know, without a shadow of a doubt, that she was working hard for me everyday. I know that I couldn't find better representation anywhere or a better group of people to be associated with. I will forever be grateful to Shannon, Steven, Becky and everyone involved in resolving my legal issues and obtaining one hell of a settlement!
