I'm out of Columbia, SC and the PMC firm came highly rated from the top Cola. firm. Atty. Virginia Spencer is under an attorney who was a judge in the local court system. Virginia knows everyone in the local system and all of the local attorneys. She represented my family in a probate case and I could not speak more highly of her work. She and Courtney were always extremely quick to communicate any issue. The case had a good outcome thanks to their diligence. And when it was over more than a year later, PMC actually sent me a considerable refund on the retainer paid. Absolutely amazing...

I am from out of state and my father’s estate was recently closed after a complicated, six year probate process. David Causey did a phenomenal job in keeping me informed, explaining options and making recommendations through this process. Maureen Strusky was also very helpful. I highly recommend PMC Law Firm.

I am living with ALS, which means that I have to get my caregiving in order. I can’t speak in order to communicate I use a text to speech app which requires much patience on the part of the listener. In addition to this, having recently moved from Florida I wasn’t sure what South Carolina required. Initial communication happened through the website. I was able to state my concerns and needs and set up an appointment from the comfort of my home. On the day of the meeting my wheelchair was accommodated with dignity. Attorney David was both knowledgeable and patient. I am still able to give thumbs up and if I had ten thumbs they would all be up.

Maureen Strusky then managed the activity that unfolded as they predicted. In a matter of a few weeks, I had the court order closing the case, ending my nightmare. I should have gone to them for estate planning in the first place. Experience matters and PMC has plenty of that.
