First, as I was searching for legal help for a "Slip and Fall" incident, I looked in the Lawyer section of phone directory and started calling. Nobody wanted to represent me but I was directed to David King by the firms I contacted.That was the best advice given to me! David met with my husband and me and took all our information, pictures and insurance billing amounts with never an indication that he was going to turn us away. He and his Firm were going to get justice. Although the COVID pandemic shut down lots of court access, and slowed the process from the lawyer at the insurance company representing the sued party, my team at King Law Firm never wavered and we responded to all the Ins. Co demands for disclosure in the time provided by Law. Their side did not! Kirk was my contact and he was always letting me know of claim status. We were being patient for 3 years.
