He is quick to respond, and is helping me with my Operating Agreement for my LLC. He has a lot of other things going on, but he is still going to help me review my Operating Agreement.

You may be able to find an attorney with more years under their belt; however, that usually means they're stuck in their ways, they're hard to get ahold of, you most likely are not at the top of their priority list, and they're EXPENSIVE. Eric is extremely knowledgeable in the area of law he specializes in, and if he's not, he's more than happy to refer you to someone that is. While Eric is busy himself, he will give you the courtesy of following up with you and giving you time. I have recommended Eric to many people, including letting him handle my own personal matters.
