The staff at Legacy Law Firm is Amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help our family during a recent unplanned family medical emergency. From explaining things in a way everyone could understand, to their expedited service when time was of the essence, their expertise was greatly appreciated and the care and compassion they demonstrated throughout the process helped put us at ease during a very stressful time.

As the years ticked by, and after hearing many terrible stories about failed wills and probate law suits, I looked at establishing a trust to protect assets for my family. As SD is one of the top three states in Trust protection it was an easy decision to make, but choosing the right firm was another issue. After a friend's referral, looking at numerous reviews, and an interview with the firm, my decision was Legacy Law Firm. They were extremely kind, helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the process. I would give them ten stars if I could!

My wife and I had our important papers done in 2015 while living in Ohio. We became full time RVers, traveling around the country but had changed our residence to South Dakota. We hadn’t updated our important papers with South Dakota residence. Our Investment Representative suggested we get our affairs in order and had been recommended that Legacy Law Firm be someone to consider.
