Outstanding honest service with exceptional results!!! Scott and Char were upfront on honest with me about the expected outcome of my motor vehicle accident and told me exactly what to expect during the process. They guided me thru the settlement process with minimal complications and my case was resolved promptly. I would suggest Scott and Char to anyone needing legal guidance. They also have office and support staff that were pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, I've needed the help of a lawyer a few times in my life and I've found Scott to be the best I've ever worked with. Often times I've felt nervous simply contacting a lawyer but with Scott, it was a different story. Scott is extremely easy to work with, and he most certainly gets results. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I can't give 6.

I went to Hoy to consult on an accident with very minor injuries wanting to make sure the settlement I was offered was fair having no experience with accident injury claims. It was clear early in the meeting that it wasn't a case I was going to take to trial therefore no money in it for them, yet they still took the time to advise me for negotiations with my adjuster and I was able to double my initial offer with this advisement. Was very impressed that they took the time to help for nothing in return!

in december 2012 i was involved in a very serious trucking accident. with a broken back, traumatic brain injury and vestibular balance issues. i found myself unable to work at my former occupation. my ability to think and reason at that time was so poor that i had to have a parent help me to talk to the hoy law firm. i was surprised at scotts family like approach and calm personality. he walked me threw the whole process. because my case was in wyoming he used some of his partners to get the case done. i was very impressed with the settlement. but i was even more impressed that scott stayed true to his word on the amount he promised me he would take. i would strongly recommend scott and his team to anyone who like myself finds them self in need of a professional. don't go it alone! insurance companies will never give you what they promise.
