They were rude and they were not very knowledgeable when it comes to their own cases of their clients.

This law firm has ignored a request for a case file copy . They said it would be copied and ready for pickup within a week. 3 weeks later still no case file. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. INCOMPETENT AT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. Now after reading my post they have been reaching out requesting this review to be removed. The answer is, "NO!". This is an accurate description of my experience.
