It took a while because of Covid but I was kept updated every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly, warm and extremely helpful. In particular Jess Torres who was very quick to respond to all my queries.

NAINI should never be allowed to practice law. He is very rude and more things I cannot express here for professional reasons. Save yourself abs DO NOT hire this firm. I had a fairly simple case with positive outcome but the tyranny and unprofessional behavior is not worth it. Late at night calling (that confused me completely), the curse words I’ve been called whenever I call to check on my case, the lack of communication ABOUT THE CASE, the negligence regarding the case, lack of preparation, extremely high staff turnover rate and just absolutely poor unprofessional service. The worse!

Siempre hubo un buen seguimiento durante la pandemia, y muy amable la Lic Jessica y la Abogada Victoria! En menos de un mes hice mi ajuste de estatus! No dio tiempo a USCIS de enviar mi permiso de trabajo porque el caso quedó aprobado después de un mes de la toma de huellas!!! Recomendado 100% mi proceso de ciudadanía será con accesoria de ellos

He doesn’t sugar coat anything he tells you everything up front. And he has a great staff that helps you every step of the way!!! I am 100% satisfied with the services that were rendered.
