Very unprepared. Ended up being embarrassed by representation and ended with negotiation with the renters to our loss. Robert Reid is awful.

I called to get help with a situation involving my 2 year old son. I was cut off several times by the lawyer I had spoken to, and then during the maybe 3 mins of being on the phone with him, without being allowed to give all the information about my case, this man said he couldn't help me and hung up on me. I have been completely traumatized during the last 2 months trying to get justice for my son, and I called for help and this is how I was treated. After he hung up the phone, I sat there and cried because I have been desperate for months to get help to find out what happened to my son the day he was almost killed and possibly almost abducted while at daycare. I am very glad that this soulless lawyer did not take my case, because I am very sure by my experience with him, that he lacks compassion and is only focused on his own pockets instead getting justice for anyone else
