Mr.Arnkoff fought above and beyond his due diligence in many circumstances that arose during my over 2 year case. Genuinely cares about his clients and will engage with them the whole process, MOST of the time in cases like mine HE GETS THE RESULTS YOU WANT/DESERVE. The FBI unexpectedly appeared at my door, which was very frightening. I had no idea why they were there or if I was in any trouble. However, it turned out that my name and one of my financial accounts had surfaced in an FBI investigation. Another attorney, who didn't practice federally, referred me to Larry. I gave Larry the authority to handle everything, and after several months, he was able to negotiate a serious federal matter down to a warning instead of an arrest. Throughout the entire process, I never had any difficulty communicating with Larry. He is confident, knowledgeable, and obtained a great result for me. Moreover, his fee was very reasonable. My 16 year old step-son recently was charged in Rutherford County with very serious crimes. I knew that Larry handled mostly federal cases but I reached out to him for guidance because we have been friends for a long time. My wife and I were out of the country at the time so we were in a bit of panic. Larry and his associate John Webb got right on it reaching out to the police and the district attorney to prevent the case from mushrooming into adult charges. Larry met with the family and gave us confidence he would find a positive resolution. He related well to my stepson, firmly impressing upon him the seriousness of the situation while encouraging him his life would not be denied by this mistake in judgment. Whenever we had questions Larry made himself available to answer them. As expected Larry and John negotiated a sweetheart deal where my stepson performs some community service hours in return for a dismissal of all the charges. Upon completion his record gets sealed and he can realize the bright future he deserves. As to the fees, they couldn’t have been more reasonable considering we had two experienced attorneys working for us. I would highly recommend Larry if you are looking for a first rate criminal defense lawyer.

Excellent Federal Criminal Attorney: SH Larry was referred to me by an attorney who did not practice in federal court. At the time I was concerned that an ATF investigation might lead to criminal charges so I really needed an experienced federal criminal lawyer to help advise me. I had never been in trouble before so I was very concerned how things might turn out. For more than a year Larry helped guide me through the investigatory phase. He assured me that he could find a positive resolution despite the seriousness of the matter. He used a proactive approach to push towards that positive resolution. His experience and credibility with the U.S. Attorney’s Office allowed him to negotiate a settlement for me that resulted in a probationary sentence of one year. He always kept me advised of the status of the case and was generous with his time. When he told me something, it happened. He told me I could appear in court without being arrested. He told me I could remain on pre-trial release while the case was pending. He told me he could work out an agreed sentence recommendation to probation rather than prison. He made all that happen for me. Whether it was speaking to the Judge or the Assistant U.S. Attorney Larry was always prepared and confident.
