Sandy Aarons enabled me to go through the my divorce with a level of dignity, clarity of purpose and sense of fairness that I didn’t know was possible. Her no-nonsense manner of addressing each critical element throughout the process kept me focused. She presented the facts clearly, allowing my ex and me to remain as cordial as possible and avoid unnecessary expense of attorneys with opposing agendas. I highly recommend Sandy and her team!

Sandy has been absolutely fantastic to work with. It was important for us to achieve an amicable separation, and we did. From all that I've learned over the course, I don't think this would have been possible without Sandy's professional help. When I was getting ready to file for my divorce, I either had to hire an attorney or a mediator. I decided to interview several mediators. After the interviews, I decided to go with Sandy Arons and I am so glad I did. Sandy was very professional and took my and my wife's time to settle the differences we had. My wife had hired an attorney and regreted that decision, as she had paid a retainer, before meeting Sandy. My wife felt Sandy was upfront on all issues and felt comfortable with Sandy. Bottom line is Sandy did a great job and saved me thousands of dollars, as to what an attorney would have charged. Sandy understands the difficult process of a divorce and has the experience to achieve the result.

If you are in the process of divorce, or very close to beginning the process of divorce, I highly recommend talking with Sandy Arons before you speak with an attorney. She empathetically and intelligently explained the financial and tax impacts of divorce while saving us tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. At the same time, she reduced stress and financial fears for me and my family which resulted in us making better choices. Sandy was thoughtful and fair while being mindful of preserving the assets we had accumulated. She helped us work through the very emotional issues of asset division, child custody, child support and alimony. I appreciated her candid straight talk during a confusing and fearful time. My wife and I initially worked with attorneys and experienced the contentiousness of the lawyer route. We spent $22,000 in three months and the lawyers NEVER even spoke to each other on the phone to try and find common ground to settle our case. It was obvious the attorneys had a vested interest in increasing their fees at the expense of our family. I suggest you call Arons & Associates to avoid all the typical drama, stress and excessive legal fees of divorce. Hind sight is 20/20.

I’m a member of an organization that offers legal services benefits to its members. So, I was given a referral to Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, LLC, in my city. I called, spoke with a receptionist or secretary, told her my reason for calling. She forwarded me to a voicemail (or maybe the attorney did not pick up), and I left a message. For whatever reason, my information was forwarded to the firm’s location in another city, hours away. (They have locations in west, middle, and east Tennessee.) The person that ultimately called me, from the out-of-town location, was great! But we agreed that my information would return to the original location, in the city where I reside. (It should have been clear from my area code which part of the state I reside.) This person assured me that someone in town would contact me on Monday. I write this review Wednesday night (2/2/2022). Nobody has called or left a message! Someone could at least have reached out to suggest another route/law firm. But this experience may be a blessing. If my communications are forwarded and disregarded this early in the process…. It’s nice to find an attorney/legal office who makes you feel that your calls are important and that you’re important enough to call back. (Update: It's Friday. Still no call back from this firm. If my case was not one that they'd want to handle, should have said so up front.) (Update #2: An attorney contacted me on 2/17/2022, and I got the consultation I wanted!! At this point, I change my original rating of 1-Star to 3-Stars. It still took a long time for someone to get back with me after I complained. But the attorney was quite alright when he did call, and he's in my area. Maybe they just got tied up, interacting between offices. Weird things happen. Who knows?)

Sandy was amazing. She helped me and my ex navigate some murky and touchy waters amazingly well, keeping us both calm, collected and "in check" as often needed. She not only helped us to work through the financial aspects of our divorce, but also helped to manage other parties involved in the process as well (eg, lawyers) to keep EVERYONE on track and on budget. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend contacting Arons & Associates before hiring an attorney. Sandy was able to guide us through the complexity of a settlement in a fair, calm, professional manner at a deliberate pace. She referred an attorney and a counselor who were both great to work with. She managed emotional topics with grace. I believe that she helped us avoid a contentious and expensive conflict, and that our children and our future selves are much better for her guidance.

Sandy was amazing in helping mediate my divorce. She was able to treat both of us equally, very quick in responding when we needed something, or had questions and helpful. I recommend her highly.

I can’t imagine how much harder my divorce would have been without Sandy’s guidance. I cant say enough great things about Sandy Arons ! Please, please, please contact her before you call an attorney. Attorneys only want to drag things out and take your money. Sandy will help you every way possible to mediate every aspect of a divorce quickly and professionally. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the law, finances, investments and any other question or concern you may have regarding divorce. Due to a difficult situation around the time my wife and I separated, we were unable to communicate between each other for approximately 6 weeks. During this time Sandy was like an attorney to me, taking care of much needed communication between my wife and I which would not have been legally possible any other way. Sandy was available literally almost 24 hrs a day. On several occasions during difficult times Sandy was in communication with me via text or phone call late at night and early in the morning. I don't know anyone who would give out their contact information while they were relaxing on vacation in another country but that is exactly what Sandy Arons did for me. I cant even imagine going through what we went through without Sandy. No matter how difficult your situation may be, Sandy will put you both at ease and will caringly help you through every single step of the process.

Sandy met with me & my husband to help us understand and resolve some issues prior to mediation. She provided lots of great advice. She helped reduce our cost of mediation for sure. My lawyer was just in it to stick me with massive fees. Sandy was much more helpful than the attorney, and sandy will tell you she’s not providing legal advice. She’s providing practical advice.

Going through a divorce is difficult enough without getting mired in antagonistic legal proceedings.
